In our Science curriculum we aim to develop curiosity, investigation and questioning. In teaching Science we aim for our children to be inquisitive, to ask questions and develop their skills and abilities, along with extending their knowledge and understanding of Scientific concepts.

Scientific enquiry is taught throughout every element of Science. Children tke part in practical Science lessons as much as possible to ensure they are active participants in their learning. As they move through the school they shape their own enquiry, creating their own questions and reaching their own conclusions based on the evidence they have collected.
